Eral rolled his eyes at Forte's dramatic realization, not moving at all as his fellow fae clutched his shoulders. "Well, yeah, idiot," he couldn't help saying. But, he saw Forte's remorse and didn't push the issue farther than that. "We just have to figure out how to go from here. I'll--" he stopped talking to sharply turn his gaze back to the human, who made another approach.
Beau returned to the counter again, and set some fresh-cut fruit next to the water container. "I dunno what you guys eat, but ... help yourself."
Eral scoffed. "Your overprocessed mockery of fruit? No thanks," he answered, his glare ever-present.
Beau frowned slightly, and knelt closer. The proximity got Eral to flinch back slightly. "Y'know, you've been nothing but negative. I understand that you're freaked out and all, but I'm trying to help. Besides, that stuff was homegrown." He shook his head and backed off again. Talking to Eral didn't get him anywhere. "You're Forte, right? That's what he called you before? Is there something I can use to help your wing? I'm not sure how to patch it up ...."

Corin lazily watched the house, and was about to give up when he saw something flit through the sky in his peripheral vision. With a nearly-inaudible thud, the something hit the window on Beau's house. With all this excitement, he couldn't resist the urge to check it out.
As he approached, he thought perhaps it was just a butterfly ... but that thud was too loud for a little butterfly. He slowed down and adopted a more sneaking gait, slowly closing the distance. As he got closer, he reached out his hands slowly. Finally, with a triumphant grin, he saw that it was another fairy-looking creature, trying to peer into the window.
"Gotcha!" he whispered loudly as he swiftly but gently closed his hands on the small figure. He could hardly believe it. One minute, fairies didn't exist. Now, he was finding them right and left.
