So, here is a new story I be writing. It will be in third person point of view. If, for whatever reason, I need to change the pov, there will be a little label at the top.....So.....kay....go and read now. There will be swearing.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BEN!'" his family shouted.
Ben groaned internally. He knew his family was going to throw him a damn birthday party this year. Just like they did every year. And, of course, they went all out when decorating. He was seventeen, he didn't need a party anymore. He wasn't five. Ben just wanted to go out and party with his friends Connor, Nate, Jamie, and Jared, not sit at home and eat cake. But, his parents just wouldn't take "no" for an answer, unfortunately for him.
They even set up some of those party games they would play when he was younger. Pin-the-Tail-on-the-Donkey, Darts, Boards games, and worst of all, the pinata. He wasn't five, his parents just needed to figure that out.
++++++++++++++++(I used pluses this time)
After two hours of hellish party games and eating candy, it was finally time to open the presents.Ben smiled to himself.
Well, maybe I'll actually get something good this year.
His uncle went first. It was a shirt. A friggen shirt. His grandparents next. Another shirt. His cousins. More clothes. Only his aunt gave him something good. A '57 model Cadillac. The only one he was missing from his vintage car collection. Last, thankfully, were his parents.
Ben shook the box, hoping for at least two good presents this year. It sounded heavy. Ben quickly tore up the wrapping paper. It was heavy, alright, but not exactly what he had been expecting.
It was a snow globe. Not only did they think he was five, his parents thought he was a girl. It was covered in glitter on the outside, completely white and glittery. The inside was a bit better. It was just a little city in it, with a girl sitting on a bench, appearing like she was sleeping.
Well, she IS a hot girl!Ben thought to himself.
And she was. A mass of brown curly hair sat upon her head. She was dressed appropriately, in all winter clothing. That flattered the curves on her body.
Amazing! She looks life-like. Whoever made this is an extremely good artist.
He thanked each of his family members while grabbing the car and the globe. Ban trudged back up to his room. He set the car down next to all the others, on the second shelf on top of his dresser.
Perfect. Now, where to put the snow globe?
Not having a good place to to stand it on, he set it down in the little room he had left next to his model cars.
Eh, good enough. Now, time to go meet the guys at that new club they were talking about. Don't want to miss that. At least there's an upside to this day, Ben thought as he grabbed his coat off his hanger and dashed down the stairs.
He bid his family adieu and drove to the new, exclusive club that his friends and him all he V.I.P passes to.
That's it for now....Review!

Next chappie, peoples! Read on!
Ben raced down the road. He really didn't need to, his small town roads were hardly ever crowded. Not to mention the fact that everything was so close together. He could be going less than five miles-an-hour and still make it with plenty of time to spare. Ben was just so anxious to get to the grand opening, he could barely sit still in the drivers seat of his Mercedes.
He was ecstatic to learn that Connor had received these passes to the club. It's opening was announced weeks before and no teenager could seem to wait until then. If you weren't there that night, your reputation was trashed for life.
Ben finally arrived at the flashy night club. It was hard to miss with the huge neon sign and reflective tape labeled Grand Opening all around the doors, windows, and just about every place on the double-floored club.
Ben nearly ran to his friends the second he got out of his blue car. He saw Connor first, his bright red hair was incredibly tough to miss as well as his outrageous eighties party outfit, and gave his best friend a hug.
"Duuuuuude! I can't thank you enough for getting us these," Ben yelled over the loud commotion created by the teenagers who were already waiting in line.
"No prob, man. My cousin is the bouncer for this thing. He was more than happy to get me the passes," Connor explained, hugging his best friend since first grade, back.
The twins, Jamie and Jared, were the next to notice Ben's arrival.
"Yo! What took you so long? We thought you weren't comin'. Jared thought you bailed on us," Jamie exclaimed, looking identical to his brother.
The two of them each had on green tuxedo shirts with black and white shirts underneath along with dark black jeans. They completed their look with their blonde hair gelled down and a green fedora, the same color as their jackets, placed over top. Only people that had known them for as long as Ben and his group had would be able to tell them apart. Jared was slightly taller than Jamie and Jamie's green eyes were ten times lighter than Jared's. They looked almost grey.
"Jamie, ya know I wouldn't miss this thing for the world! Hey, where's Nate? Don't tell me he's the one that ditched us!" Ben shouted back to his friend.
"Nah, he just went next store. To that convenience place. He wanted to get some drinks and crap. Nate was afraid they wouldn't have anything good in there," Jared, said turning around to face the others.
As if on cue, Nate popped next to them in line. He looked the best out of all of them, naturally. He wasn't the most popular boy in John Adams High-school for nothing. His brown hair had been smoothed down on his head, slightly touching his neck. He was wearing a white blazer, a black shirt underneath. He hung a purple, untied tie around his neck and some ripped up jeans. He looked like he just threw something on. And, of course, he looked absolutely hot in it, too. The girls would surely be paying attention to him, tonight.
"Ben! Wassup, man? Thought you weren't showing up tonight! Glad ya made it, buddy!" Nate shouted out to one of his closest friends.
Ben just stuck his tongue out in reply. He felt odly...plan next to Nate. He was one of the best looking guys at his school, but Nate was one of the only guys that looked better.
++++++++++
After hours of waiting, the music was able to be heard through the red entrance doors of the club. It was time for the party to start!
The five teen boys were quickly entered in, seeing as the fact that they were one of the first ones in line... and the fact that, like Connor said, his cousin was the bouncer. The buff security guard was anxious to let the five good looking guys in.
Let the party begin!
Yeah, not really gonna dwell much on the party scene. It was really just an introduction to the Ben's friends (who will be important to the story!). I may write a little insight as to what happens in the club, but it won't be to much.

Three hours later
"Duuuuuuuuuuuude!!!! That place was damn straight full of awesomeness! Did you see how many girls were in there? They were, like, extremely hot, too!" Connor exclaimed, his voice slurred from all the alcohol he had been drinking.
"I know, right! I mean, most of the time you'll get some fat, lonely chicks (AN: I mean no offense by this!) or whatever, but, like, they were, like, super models and junk," Jamie yelled back, also slurring on most of his words.
"Aw, man. Why the hell do we need to go? I was just havin' fun in there. In was rockin' and stuff. The place was freaking huge, too. Did you see all the crap that was in there?" Jared stated, the only somber one of the group, next to Ben, who wasn't technically drunk. He was high.
It was true. The club was extremely big, considering its size. They had enough room in there to fit two, regular sized bars, a juke box, five bathrooms, and about fifty booths and tables with still plenty of open room to dance to the non-stop music. It was a teenager's dream place.
"Dude, we need to, like, take Ben's car. I don't know about you, but Jared and I walked here," when the rest of the group agreed, Jamie added, "Here, bro, you take the keys. None of us are, like, good enough to, like, drive or whatever."
Jamie tossed Ben's keys to his twin brother. The group filed in one-by-one into the shiny Mercedes. Jared began the drive home. Ben loved it when Jared drove, especially on nights like this, when they were all to drunk, stoned, or high to move. He took it nice and easy on the open roads. Jared didn't do drugs, he just went to the clubs to party and dance...and meet some girls. He was usually the most rational of the five teen boys.
The five planned a day to hang out again. They settled on next Friday, a week from today. Jared would call everyone in about two days, after their hang-overs had worn off, just to make sure that they actually remembered.
The driver dropped of Nate first. Nate's home, contrary to popular belief, wasn't a mansion. It was just a normal, single-family home that everyone owned here in DeQuincy, Louisiana. It was Connor's house that was actually the mansion. His dad was one of the congressmen for the United States. It meant big bucks, and also a lot of alone time for Connor. His dad stayed up north, in D.C, for most of the year. His mom moved up to Nebraska after the divorce. Connor was on his own most of the time.
Jared dropped of Ben next, promising to bring back his car after he dropped off Jamie. Jared stayed behind, just to make sure Ben got into his house okay, than disappeared down the street. The three only lived a few miles apart. Ben knew it wouldn't be long until he heard the car pull into the driveway.
Ben climbed up the stairs, passing many family pictures along the way. He missed the days were he would be happy to see his family, but now they annoyed him to know end. It was if they refused to believe that he was grown up, and not the five year old kid he had been only years before. Hell, he wasn't even a virgin and they still hid eggs around the house during Easter. No wonder he never brought a girl over to his home. His family would drive her out, screaming as she left.
He reached the top step when he heard the car pull into the driveway.
Good, he thought,At least I know my car is home.
He threw open his bedroom door, not caring if he awoke his sleeping family. He was to annoyed and high to care about something like that right now.
He changed into his night clothes and hopped into bed. But, while doing so, he couldn't help but notice the little snow globe sitting in the corner of his room, like he left it. There was something off about it. It wasn't moved, Ben knew that for sure. So, what was it?
It's the girl,Ben realized further inspection,She moved.
He was right. She did. When he left, she was sitting on one of the little park benches, looking as if she were sleeping. But, now, she was in the town, wandering between buildings.
Maybe it's one of those globes that move hourly or whatever.Maybe it keeps time.
Ben shrugged. Maybe it was just his high, playing tricks on his mind. He would figure it out in the morning.

Ben woke up groggily. He didn't want to get up. Not after all the partying from last night. His head was killing him from his high. He wished he could just stay in his bed, but, he knew if he did, his parents would be knocking at his door. They wanted a growing- boy to eat properly and stuff. Right, the last time puberty actually gave him a couple inches was two years ago, at fifteen. He was seventeen. Ben was pretty sure if he was going to grow anymore, he would've done it by now. But, of course, his parents were to deluded to see that there baby boy was actually going through puberty, let alone almost done it.
He tiredly changed out of his night clothes and hopped into the shower. If there was one thing Ben loved in the morning, it was a hot shower. The soothing waters knew just how to wake him up, and the spray seemed to be magic, the way it could unknot his muscles and take away all of the stress he constantly carried on his shoulders.
After a half an hour, which was to long of a shower according to his parents, he jumped out of the shower. Ben reasoned he was in enough trouble with his parents for staying out as late as he did. It was only until about midnight. Compared to the rest of the teenagers he knew, that was pretty early. His parents, though, wanted him to get his full ten hours of sleep.
"A growing boy, like you, needs all the strength he can get," they always told him.
Sighing, he changed into his clothes for the day, and walked back into his room. Ben made his bed and headed down stairs for breakfast. He knew his mom would be calling him down for it in a minute or two, anyway. Breakfast started promptly at nine o'clock in his house.
When walking to the door, Ben couldn't help his curiosity. He remembered last night with the globe. He had to see if the girl moved. He just had to.
She didn't... well sort of didn't. She was still in the same spot as this morning... but she was sitting down and was not facing him. Either way, Ben now knew for a fact that she had moved. It wasn't just his imagination or his high fooling his mind. He just wish she knew how she was able to do that. Sure, Ben had heard of animated snow globes, but in order for them to move, you had to wind them up. Hell, he even one with a car in it that did that. The thing zoomed around the city the second after you let go of the key. He didn't recall ever winding up the new one on his shelf.
He would have to worry about it later. He heard his mom calling him down for breakfast. She sounded aggravated. She had probably been calling him down for a while, and he was just to zoned out to notice. Once again sighing, he called out to his mom, telling her he'll be right down. He exited his room and made his way down the stairs, the little globe still on his mind.
The second he reached the kitchen, Ben could smell the heavy aroma of bacon, eggs, waffles, and toast. Sure, his parents were annoying as hell, but his mom was an amazing cook. Speaking of his mom, Ben was right. She looked down-right pissed off at her only son/child the second he entered the kitchen.
"What's up, parentals?" Ben greeted as he walked over to the island to pile up his plate.
"Where were you? I've been calling you down for the past five minutes! Growing, young boys need their breakfast! You'll lose a lot of your daily energy if you don't eat, mister!" His mom screamed at him. Ben resisted the urge to roll his eyes. He was as sure as the sky was blue that he wasn't little. He was taller than each of his parents, standing at his height of six foot three.
"Chill, mom. I was busy making my bed. I figured it wouldn't be responsible if I came down to eat while my bed was only halfway done."
A lie, but a believable one. Or so Ben thought because his mom seemed to drop the subject. Though he thought he could hear something like "should've been on time" being mumbled under her breathe.
"On a different subject, where were you last night? We give you your gifts, you bring them upstairs, and then you come down, no not to thank your family, but to take off to goodness knows where," his father said, looking up from from his morning paper.
"I told you, I was going out with Connor and the guys. I don't know how you could've forgotten, seeing as I told you three weeks ago and everyday after that, including today."
But Ben knew exactly how they forgot. It was adult stuff, and, according to his parents, he was still a little kid.
"That still doesn't give you the right to stay out as late as you did! You're a young boy who needs his rest! You're going to bed that much earlier tonight, young man!" his father yelled back.
"Dad! I'm friggen seventeen! It's common for kids my age to stay out late and party! And, as for bed, we don't have bed times anymore! I'm seventeen! Not five! Not seven! But seventeen! Why the hell can't you understand that? Did you forget your own son's age?"Ben yelled back at his dad.
"Don't raise your voice like that, mister! You will not go out that late! And you will go to bed when we say you can!" His mom screamed, joining the argument.
It was a common disagreement between them. What Ben was and was not allowed to do. But Ben did something different this time. He kept fighting instead of going back upstairs like he normally did when he was losing the fight with his parents.
"I"m seventeen!! I don't have a bed time! I am old enough to go out late and stay out late and not come home until late! You can't stop me from doing that! I'm not a little boy anymore! Why can't you understand that, dammit!"
His parents looked taken back for a second, but stayed in the fighting spirit.
"You're not old enough to do that! You're just a little boy! You can't do out and party like that! EVER! Do you know what people will think of that!?!" Both of them yelled at him.
Ben didn't say anymore. Instead, he did something else that he had also never done before. He hurled is plate, which had nothing on it, thankfully, at the wall and watched it shatter to a bunch of unidentifiable pieces. His parents stared at him, open mouthed. He was shocked, too. He never knew he was capable of doing something like that. Ben was not a violent person. He just yelled a lot.
Still fuming, Ben headed up to his room. He was pissed off, and he needed to settle down. He almost threw open the door to his sanctuary and plopped down on the bed. He was to annoyed and pissed off to check on that damn globe.
Ending here, today. ... review and stuffs.....

Postin' time!!!
Tara was frightened, to say the least. Her giant owner came storming back into his room. The room that was now her prison, next to this damn globe that she had been stuck in for the last two years. How badly she just wanted to escape and see the real world once more.
She never remembered feeling this scared besides the time when she was actually carried up here by the giant boy. Could that really have been only just yesterday? It felt like she had spent forever in here.
Tara wondered what could've caused the gargantuan teenager to become so angry so fast. It was only minutes ago that she saw him. He wasn't exactly happy, but he wasn't mad, either. Tara badly wished she could hear what was going on outside of this place, but, alas, the globe only allowed her to hear the events occurring in the room.
One thing was for sure, she wasn't going to let him catch her walking around, not now anyway, while he was angry. He was extremely strong to her, one only knows what he would do in a flock of rage. She plopped herself down on the ground and waited. _________________________
Ben stayed on his bed for a while. He was to pissed off to even move. Finally, he sighed and thrust himself off of the comfy mattress. He found himself curious about that globe once more. He wanted to see if the girl moved within the time he had been up here. It's not like he could see well from where he was at.
Ben dragged his feet over to the shelf. He inspected the globe. Sure enough, she had moved. Not much, but still. She was sitting down, not facing him, in the center of the miniature town. But, now, she was more towards the west side and facing him, though her eyes were still closed. Her body was tense, almost as if she was afraid.
He picked up the globe brought it back to his bed with him. Ben sat himself down so he was leaning against the headboard. Not the most comfortable position, but it would have to do. He faced the globe.
He knew it wasn't an ordinary one. He knew it. No snow globe could have its parts move on its own without winding up some kind of key. This was the first time Ben touched the thing since he had received it. He was pretty sure that the girl in there was alive, but he needed to make sure.
Ben carefully tipped the globe toward his chest. If that girl in there was alive, she would have to move with the force of gravity he was exerting. There was no way she would be able to resist it. The girl flew toward the side of the globe, whacking her face on the glass. That settled it. If she was just some toy, she would've stayed in place.
"Sorry," he apologized to the girl, not sure if she would hear him. He just knew that that kind of fall had to hurt her in some way.
Ben was now desperate to get the girl out of the globe. She was a living person, she shouldn't be couped up in some kind of prison for entertainment. But, Ben was to worried about hurting her while trying to break the glass.
When were his friends coming over next? Friday? Ben's pretty sure that's what they had agreed on in the car last night. He would have to call Jared just to be sure. Ben would have them help him get the girl out of her spherical prison. The five of them together would be able to think of something to get her out, Ben was sure of it.
"Friday. You'll be out by Friday," he said both to the girl and to himself. He got up and sat the globe back on his shelf. Ben ran out his room to call Jared.
Sorry it's kinda short. But, if I wrote more, I would have to write the entire next chapter. I'm saving that for either later today or tomorrow.
