So, this part is going to back-track a bit. It's going to start where Ben picks the snow globe up off the shelf.
Tara could feel the vibrations of his steps through the glass dome. It was enough to make her sick. Thankfully, it didn't take the giant long to get where ever he needed to go, for she soon felt the ground-shaking steps come to a stop.
Thank heavens, she thought,I don't know how much more of that I would've been able to take.
Suddenly, she felt the globe being risen. The sickening feeling returned. Tara never did like heights, even as a normal sized person. When the feeling sub-sided, she was met, face-to-giant-face with the teenager. He seemed to be inspecting the globe, for some reason. Tara just wish she knew why. She wanted to know why he was so interested in her globe. All of the many owners she had had never taken as much of a fascination to her as this young boy. Why couldn't he just leave her alone, like the others? Stick her on the shelf and forget about her, like all the everyone else.
Before she could think anymore, Tara was falling. Her cheek landed smack on the glass. She was also greeted by the vision of his chest.
Dammit! He's actually muscular, she thought, It's going to be very difficult to hate this guy when he's so....hot! Damn it all!
But, what he did next surprised her. The giant apologized. And he sounded like he meant it, too. That was something Tara wasn't used to. Although, this boy had seen more things than any of her other owners. Like her walking around the globe, for example. Nobody had ever caught her in the act of doing that, but nobody really cared about a snow globe, either.
"Friday. You'll be out by Friday," The gargantuan boy said out of nowhere. He gently set her down on the bed and raced off somewhere.
What did he mean by that? Tara wondered, Is he actually going to try and get me out of here?
She hoped so. After being stuck in this prison for what seemed like forever, she so badly wanted to escape. Unfortunately for her, whoever had trapped her in this thing had made it unbreakable from the inside, so escape was impossible. Until now. She was so happy, she just wanted to kiss that boy...although, that probably wouldn't work out to well, considering the size difference. Not to mention the fact that she didn't even know if that's what he was planning.
Tara just really hoped it was. She would be as good to this teen as a mini girl can be. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Jared confirmed it, the day was Friday. That was perfect in Ben's mind. Just six more days until he would officially meet the little girl that was living in the snow globe. The only down side was he would have to tell his friends everything in order for them to believe him. Ben was hoping that he could just keep this secret to himself...and, of course, the tiny girl. And then there's the fact that the guys will have to meet her, as well. She seemed uncomfortable enough around him. Imagine what four more giants would do to her.
He headed back into his room. Ben scooped the snow globe off of his bed, carrying it back to his shelf. He noticed that the girl looked...happier now. Almost as if she knew what was going on.
Well, no shit, Ben. She probably heard you say the thing about Friday and figured it out.
He couldn't help but smile - a real one this time. Not like the fake ones he puts on for his parents- at the girls sudden enthusiasm. That was a good start. If she could start to warm up to him in the next couple days, maybe she wouldn't react as badly to his friends.
Ben gently sat the globe down on his shelf. He noticed that the girl's face seemed to fall at this.
She must not like it up here, he thought.
He picked up the globe again and walked across his room. This time, Ben set it down on his end table.
"There ya go. Guess you don't like it up on that place, huh?" Once he saw her nod, Ben added, "Well, you can stay here. It's a much better spot, if I do say so myself."
As soon as Ben saw her smile, he leaned back on his bed and began to sleep. It's not everyday you find out that a snow globe your parents gave you actually has a living girl walking around inside it.
Well, she'll be free once Friday rolls around.
Ben smiled to himself before dozing off.
And there you go. You get a nice Ben in this chappie. I like him better like that.........................................

Natalie: Thanks! I'm gald you like this story!
Amaya: You'll have to wait and see.... I give nothing away. Muahahahahahahaha!!!!!
After what seemed like forever, Friday was finally here. Ben was hardly able to wait for his friends to come over. He was ready to go over to each of their houses and drag them over.
He had already explained the situation to the girl. How she would see four more giants and that she wouldn't need to be afraid, that they were his friends. Ben also explained to her that she would have to move to show the gang that she was real. And that he wasn't insane. She nodded her head, albeit reluctantly, in agreement.
It was about three in the afternoon when he finally heard the doorbell ring. Sure, that wasn't late for most people, but he had been up since six in the morning. It seemed to be much later than it actually was to him. He ran down the stairs, anxious to get this started.
When finally reached the door, he all but ripped it off its hinges to get it open. Ben was greeted by the four familiar faces of friends. They were staring at him with the most confused faces he could imagine plastered on them.
"Ben, man, what's wrong? Is everything okay? You told us it was, like, super important," Jared said, seeming to some up the thoughts of the rest of the boys.
"My room. Let's head up there. I can explain better in private," Ben replied back.
The group nodded and followed Ben up the stairs.
Well, it's now or never. May as well be now
When he approached the door to his bed room, Ben could feel his nerves increase. Extremely so. Though, his thoughts weren't on himself. It was worried about the girl. If he was this nervous, how would she be feeling? Probably down right frightened. Even if he had warned her ahead of time, she was going to be in a room with five giants. That had to cause some sort of fear.
Upon entering his room, Ben headed for the snow globe. He scooped it up in his hands as gently as possible, hoping to offer the girl some sort of comfort.
"Dude, why the hell did you bring us up here? It wasn't just to show us that damn globe your parents got ya, right? I mean, that's sad and all, but to show it to us?" Connor asked after seeing his friend holding the thing.
"Sorta. Look, what I'm about to tell you guys is going to seem absolutely, down right insane, but it's the truth, kay. This snow globe isn't exactly...normal. I think- no, I know- that that is a living, breathing girl in here."
There was a slight pause, then the group burst into laughter.
"You don't believe me, fine. Come over here and look for your selves."
They stopped as soon as those words were said. No one dared to speak, even move. They were to shocked by that outburst. The five of them were all sure he was joking, and that he would start laughing with them. Finally, Connor became brave enough to volunteer. He walked up cautiously to Ben and looked at the globe.
He was absolutely amazed by what he saw. The girl in there actually moved. She waved to him. No kind was wound up, no string pulled, nothing. She had moved on her own. Connor was to astonished to speak, even if it was just a little hand movement. It meant on thing, Ben was right. The girl in there WAS alive.
"H-h-he was -r-right. There i-is a g-g-girl in there. She's a-alive, too," Connor finally managed to stutter out.
Once he was done speaking, the whole rest of the guys came toward Ben, anxious to see this for themselves. They, too, were stunned by the girl's movements.
"I told you," was all Ben said.
"So, you showed us the girl. But, what was the real reason you called us over. You wouldn't tell us about this unless there was some reason you had to. So, what is it?" Nate asked.
"I need your help. She's alive, you know that now. So, she shouldn't be trapped in a prison. I want to get her out of here, and I need your help to do it. I'm to afraid to do it by myself. I might hurt the poor girl if I did." The rest of the guys nodded in agreement.
The group was still huddled around the globe. Ben checked on the girl, just to be sure she was okay. She wasn't. The poor thing looked positively scared at the giants surrounding her.
"Yo! Guys! Away from the globe! You're scaring the girl!"
They snapped out of it instantly, each backing away from the globe. Jared cleared his throat.
"Right. I think I speak for all of us when I say that I agree, we do need to get her out of there. But, how do we do it? What did you have in mind, exactly?"
"Well," Ben replied, "I was thinking we could somehow break the glass, but we would need to do it carefully. It may only hurt us a little, but it could seriously hurt her, maybe even kill her if the piece was big enough."
"What if we hurl it at the wall?" Connor suggested. They looked at him like he was crazy. It was obvious how badly that could hurt her. Defiantly out.
"What if we smash it on the floor. We make sure she's hanging onto the floor of the globe, we smash it from the top, and she can just tumble out," Jared said. It was a good idea. The rest of the group like it, but they still wanted to see if there were any better options out there.
"Why don't we just break the thing. Keep her on one side while we break the other," Nate said. His idea was even better than Jared's .
"We could try to break it from the top. You know, from the very top. Get her to back her up toward the side. No glass should hit her then. If we make the hole hand- sized, one of us, I say Ben, could reach in and grab her," Jamie said.
They all stared at him, astounded. That was an excellent idea! It was incredible that he could think of something like that.
As if reading their minds, Jamie said, "See! I'm not completely useless! I'm smart when I want to be... that's just not to often."
They all laughed at that part, thrilled to have a plan as to how to get this girl out.
And there you go........See, Jamie can be smart... sometimes.....when he really wants to be... hardly ever.....

"So.... anybody got a hammer or something we could use to break the glass?" Connor asked, breaking the rare moment of silence between the group.
The other four looked at one another, wondering what could possibly be up in Connor's head. It sure as hell wasn't a brain. They obviously couldn't use a hammer. It was far to big to break a small hole into the small globe. Plus, it might hurt the little girl inside. They certainly didn't want to risk that happening.
"Do you actually think before you say anything, or do you just speak the first thing that comes to your mind? What the hell is wrong with you, dumb-ass? We can't use a freaking hammer. The girl could be seriously hurt!" Nate shouted at Connor.
"Well, to answer your first question, I just say the first thing that comes to mind, and secondly many, many things. And besides, I don't see you guys coming up with any better ideas, so why not use the damn thing, just hit the globe lightly," Connor responded back to his friend.
"My god, you're such an idiot. But, you are right. We do need to find something to break the glass with. It just can't be the freaking hammer, got it!" Nate stated.
"Well, why don't we use one of those little mini picks, or whatever? They should be small enough to cut through the glass without hurting anyone," Jared suggested.
The rest of the group, minus Connor who still wanted to use his hammer, agreed. The pick would be an excellent option. It would be small enough to cut a hole into the glass without them having to worry about hurting the girl inside. The twins were on a roll today.
"I know where my parents keep theirs. Dad has one around just in case. He keeps every kind of tool in this house. He wants to 'be prepared in case of an emergency'," Ben said, mocking his father's voice at the last part.
He hurriedly dashed down the stairs into the kitchen. He knew his father kept the pick on the third drawer toward the left of the fridge. Ben had seen him take it out of there to many times to count. It was lucky his parents weren't here to see him do this. They would have a fit if they found out their son was looking for tools. They thought he was to young to mess with them. He might hurt himself, according to their state of mind.
Ben counted the drawers. One, two, three. He slid it open and picked the tool out with ease. His dad never changed anythings place in the house due to his OCD (AN: Again, no offense to anyone, here. I have OCD, myself. It's just meant as a joke). He would get to confused if even the slightest object was moved..... and then he would have one of his famous rants about how everything should stay in it's original place.
Ben ran back up the stairs, the pick well in hand. He nearly threw open the door to his room.
"Got it!" he said, ecstatic.
Realization finally sunk in for him. This meant that the girl would finally be released. He would finally get to meet after all this time of just watching her on his shelf. Ben was beyond thrilled at that thought. The only thing that upset him was the fact that she would have to stay with one of them. A small girl such as her couldn't survive out in the world. Everything was simply to....big. She wouldn't be able to make it on her own.
Nate grabbed the pick from Ben and set it down on the bed.
"Will she be able to hear me?" He asked
As soon as Ben nodded, Nate spoke again, this time to the girl.
"I need you to move over to the left side. We don't want you to get hurt, sweetie. Over...over....just a little bit more to your right....there you go! Perfect! Alright, Jared, get ready to break the glass."
Jared got up from his spot on the floor and walked over to the globe sitting on Ben's bed. He gently inserted the pick into the top, making a small little hole. He drove the pick around the top of the toy, creating a circle, a hand sized one. He then tipped the pick back and slipped his finger under the glass, cut out circle before it had time to fall into the globe and break. Jared gently picked it up, dragging it out with it on his palm. It took a total of a minute, but it felt like an eternity for the five guys and the girl. The worry and fear caused the sixty seconds to drag on forever.
"Ben, you're up. Remember, don't just pick her up. Let her climb onto your hand. Be patient," Jared said, backing away from the bed to give Ben room.
Ben reached the globe and gently set his hand down inside, palm up. He couldn't believe how cold the water was. It had to be at least forty degrees, if not colder.
Ben didn't let his discomfort show. He wanted to keep the girl as calm as possible. Him showing distaste wouldn't exactly do that.
"Come on, now. Don't worry. I won't hurt you. It's alright. Just hop on. I promise you'll be fine. Alright. Thatta girl," Ben said gently, hopping to calm the girl down and get her on. It didn't take much for her to do so. Ben guessed she really didn't like it in there.
As soon as she was out of the globe, Nate pushed it aside, giving the girl room to sit on the bed. Ben gently set her down. She sunk in a bit, due to the imprint the globe had left. Now, they just had to see how well she would react to all of them.

.........I have nothing to say.......Le Gasp! Oh, wait, yes I do. This will be starting off from when Tara was set on the bed.
Tara felt herself sink into the green comforter a bit, probably due to the fact that the snow globe had just been placed there. She looked around her new surroundings. Tara was tunned, absolutely stunned. Everything seemed so..so...clear! For once, she didn't have a piece of glass abstracting her view from the world. It was incredible.
She also saw the five giants around her. She looked at each of them carefully. Sitting to her right, a brown haired boy. He was very nice looking. His eyes turned toward her, noticing her staring. His mouth turned up into a gentle smile, his eyes soft.
Next, Tara turned to look at two blonde haired boys. They looked exactly alike. Each had green eyes, a muscular build, and the same oval face. The only difference was one was a little bit taller than the other. Twins, Tara decided. They were twins.
The next teen was a red head. His hair was like that of fire. Extremely bright and wild. He had hazel eyes, from what she could tell. he was also wearing some sort of insane outfit. It was camouflage mixed with something you might've seen at the disco.
Lastly she turned her head up wards. She wanted to get a good look at her owner. She remembers his friends calling him "Ben" a few times. He was a great looking guy, from what she could see. He had black hair that was shaped to his round face. His blue eyes were captivating. Hypnotic. Not to mention the fact that his muscles looked absolutely amazing. That kind of thing always helped a guy's appearance in Tara's opinion.
She moved her body towards Ben's giant hip. She wanted to be as close to him as possible. Ben was the only one of the five she knew. Tara relied on him for protection right now. As if reading her mind, Ben moved his hand so it was sitting next to her. He could scoop her up at a moment's notice if he needed to keep her safe.
Upon noticing her movement, the red head and the shorter, blonde twin moved toward her to get a better look. Their huge faces were soon crowding her vision. Hot breath filling her air. Now, Tara was scared. She had never been this close to any of them, next to Ben, before. It was frightening to see them up close like this.
They didn't stick around to long. The two were suddenly swiped from Tara's vision. She noticed that the taller blonde one was giving his brother a hard look. And th brown haired one had gained hold of the red head, grabbing him by the back of his shirt. She dug her fingers into Ben's hip. Sure, it wasn't a major thing, compared to what they could've done, but Tara hadn't received human contact in years. She wasn't used to people being so close.
"You alright, little chic?" The taller blonde one asked, looking at her with concern. Tara slowly nodded her head in response.
He let out a sigh of relief, "Good. M'name's Jared, by the way. It would kind of be helpful to know what to call me....or so I would assume."
Tara let out a laugh and introduced herself. The rest of the group did introductions. The short, blonde one was Jamie. Tara was right, he was Jared's twin brother. The brown haired one was Nate and the red head was Connor. Ben saved himself for last, even though she already learned his name.
The group began to file around the bed, sitting at a close distance from Tara. They were still worried she was afraid....which she was. It wasn't everyday a fifteen year old girl meets five giants. She kept her hold on Ben, to nervous to let go.
That is...until Jared spoke up.
"Would you mind if I got a better look at you? I can't exactly see you to well from here."
Tara tentatively nodded her head, scared as to what he might do. Jared released the hold he had on his brother. Jamie went as far away from him as he was able to without losing sight out the little girl.
Jared moved himself closer to Tara, then got off of the bed. He got onto his knees and looked at her. She took deep, yet silent, breathes to keep herself calm. Tara didn't know what he had planned. No emotions portrayed on his face. After a few minutes, he sat up off of his knees and regained his spot on the comforter, though she noticed Jared had moved a little bit closer to her the originally.
He looked down at her with a tremendous smile.
"You're a very pretty girl, Tara. Thank you for letting me do that."
"T-Thanks. I-It was no problem," she squeaked out as a response.
"Now, how come you get to do that when I don't?" Jamie whined to his brother.
"Because, idiot, you sunk up on her and scared her to death. She may have been frightened by me, by at least I asked her first before barging up into her face," Jared explained to his brother, admitting an exasperated sigh. Tara let out a little laugh.
"Well, I saw it's about time we head out. Whadda ya say, fellas?" Nate said.
The group agreed, except for Connor, who wanted to stick around some more.
As soon as Tara heard the door down stairs slam, she felt Ben pick her up. She wasn't afraid. Ben was the one person she knew she could always trust. He gently brought her up to his face, she guessed it was so he could see her close up, just like his friend had done.
And, she was right. He looked at her throughly with those big blue eyes of his.
"Jared is right. You are a beautiful young girl," He murmured to himself, though, to Tara, it sounded like a tone you would use in a regular conversation.
What he did next took her by surprise. He set her down on the bed, leaned himself down, and gently kissed her on the head. Tara reasoned to herself that it was just o make her feel comfortable. It was her first day out of the globe in what seemed like forever and she had just met five giants. It's kind of nerve-racking for any person.
Suddenly, she heard a voice from downstairs.
"Ben! It's time for dinner! Hurry up! It's gonna get cold if you don't, young man!" A woman's voice called up to him.
It was Ben's mom, Tara noted. They must've gotten home from where ever they had went. The two of them simply didn't notice. Ben groaned. He obviously didn't want to leave. He looked down at her.
"I'll bring you back up some food, okay? Just stay here until I come back up," He said while placing her into his pillowcase, hiding her in the way back of the fluffy material. Tara heard his retreating footsteps and his bedroom door slam. Then, she dozed off. It had been an exhausting day.

I feel better, now. Update time!!
Ben sighed to himself while walking down the stairs. Leave it to his parents to ruin a wonderful moment, even if they didn't know they were doing it. He still pondered that kiss. What had persuaded him to do that? He hadn't been thinking about it any earlier. Something in his mind just made him do it. Ben was a bit freaked out by it. He hoped he hadn't made Tara upset by that.
He wondered into the kitchen, aware of his parents nervous glances. Ever since that Saturday when he had his freak-out, they've been keeping a closer eye on him then they already were. The two of them weren't very discrete. They didn't like secrets much, so it was hard for them to do anything...well, secretly.
"Good afternoon, son," his dad said, breaking the silence.
Ben groaned internally. Just when he thought he would be able to have a silent dinner with his parents, he had to be proven wrong. He just wanted some time to gather up his thoughts. Was that to much to ask for?
"Hey, mom. Dad," Ben answered reluctantly. He knew if he didn't say anything, his parents would keep talking until he finally did. They believed that if you shared your feelings, not only will your have a healthier family relationship, but you'll be able to get any troubling thoughts and emotions off your chest.
"....How was your day, dear," his mom asked.
"Fine. Norma. Nothing new."
Ben gave the answer that he always did when his parent s asked him that. It was usually true, too. Today, however, was another story. He had released a tiny girl out of the snow globe his parents had given him for his birthday with his four best friends. Kind of different from his normal routine.
Ben piled the food on his plate and began to eat. No other words were shared that evening, which was something he was ecstatic about. He didn't have to worry about his parents catching him in a lie. They, themselves, might not be able to lie well, but they could always sense when someone else was. Now was not the night for that to happen.
After he was done his dinner, he picked off a some of his food from his plate and closed it around in his hand. Ben promised Tara he would bring her up food, and he intended to do so. He was going to let her be as comfortable as possible here.
After quickly washing his dish, Ben hurriedly ran up the stairs and to his room. He had been spending a lot of time in there, lately. His parents must be wondering what was so interesting in there. It's not like they would ever let him change anything around. So, they were probably curious as to what he found so interesting up here. Ben smiled. If only they knew.....
He creaked open his door carefully. He didn't want to scare Tara by throwing it open and having it bang up against the wall.....and he didn't want to risk the option of his parents coming up here to yell at him and having them find Tara.
Ben walked over to his bed and set the food down on it. Then he dug around in his pillowcase to find the girl. Once he felt the small body touch his hand, he gently enclosed her in his fist and brought her out. He was surprised not to feel any sign of resistance from her. Ben gently opened up his palm and found out why. She was asleep.
He smiled. Tara looked absolutely sweet when she was sleeping. Especially now. She was completely curled up into his hand, probably enjoying the warmth of his skin, with a small smile at her lips. Her long, brown hair was spread out along his palm. Ben hated to have to end this scene, but he wanted the girl to eat something. He didn't know when the last time she had had a sliver of food was, and he was concerned.
He gently shook the young girl with his finger. Her eyes popped open almost instantly. She looked around the room in confusion.
Tara was asleep. She probably forgot what she was doing in my room, Ben thought.
As if on cue, Ben could see the realization color her face. She looked up at him and smiled. It was warm and friendly, not at all nervous like the ones she had given to his friends. Ben reasoned that she was probably just used to him more than the others. He returned the smile and set her on the bed , right next to where he had placed the food. Tara practically jumped at the meal. She munched it down happily.
"Eh, sorry I don't have a plate for you. I don't exactly own anything...doll-sized, no offense. I didn't play with dolls when I was little," Ben looked down at the girl, apologetic.
She just shook her head and went back to her food. She didn't even care. Tara was to hungry to be concerned about whether or not her food was served on a plate. She was just happy to have some. Ben chuckled to himself. He had never seen a girl with so much appetite.
As soon as she was finished, Ben picked up little Tara and lay her on his pillow. It was about time for him to take his shower, but what about her? She did deserve a bath, especially after all she had been through, today. He just wondered what he could use....
And....I will stop there for tonight. I'll either update later or tomorrow morning/night. We'll just have to see............
