I'm not sure if any of you will know this but I'm currently writing because I'm bored and have nothing better to do but anyway! Do you guys know if Knights used animal water sacs like the Indians or do you think they used a cantine or what? XD I really have no idea so I was hoping one of you might know!

They actually used both, depends on the wealth of the knight.
Of course skins were more prevalent, also glass was used or a combination of glass and whicker, or glass and fine silver done in beautiful weblike patterns or thicker basket type patterns.

Possibly, or a fine decanter like this one.... These were purposely designed so the knight could drink on horseback, the intricate long neck slowed the flow of wine so the knight would not spill while riding. This one dates from the 1500's but similar ones were used as far back as the 1300's

Your welcome Ama-san. I always do alot of research when I write any story Now these would be placed in thick wicker carrying basket that was formed to fit snugly around the glass bottle to protect it, tied to the saddle.
